Policies

Clients are asked to keep a valid credit card on file in order to make appointments.   Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.  No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).  You are considered a no show, if you are 10 minutes late and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), regardless of whether the service(s) were performed. 

We do not provide discounted services for children.  Children are required to sit on their own in the barber chair quietly and without moving.  Service will be discontinued at our discretion if we feel that either the child or stylist is in danger of being injured.  In the case that a service is not finished due, full payment for the service(s) booked will be charged at that time.  You may bring the child back to finish his/her haircut within 2 business days without charge.....sometimes they just need a break or a nap.
